“Nekretnine” application is developed using MS tools and programming language C# and .net framework 2.0, and the database is MS SQL Server 2005.

The application is intended for real estate agencies. It allows creating and administrating a detailed database of buyers, agents, investors, locations and real estate. Additional functions include transfer of public information form application to a web site of an agency, which allows up to date database to be viewed by buyers over the internet.

Functionalities

• Creating and recording client information and their current interests database
• Creating and recording real estate and their current state (pictures etc..) database
• Recording data on real estate that are in the market, that a client has already visited
• Printing the search results with hidden or displayed data such as real estate address, depending whether it is printed for buyer or real estate agent
• Database search with many filters such as price, size, room number, floor, location etc…
• Search by telephone number which displays a result in such a way that user can see whether the number belongs to an existing agency, or a private seller…
